Blue mussels (Mytilus Chilensis) are farm raised in the crisp clean waters off the coast of Southern Chile.
These are by far the highest quality mussels you can purchase on the market. They are harvested and quickly processed resulting in a flavor and texture profile that can only be matched if one were to cook and eat mussels on the beach as they were harvested from the ocean.
Preparation is greatly simplified since our product has been cleaned, de-bearded, and parboiled.
